NTU Singapore’s Global Connect Fellowship (GCF) 2025

International students pursuing bachelor’s and master’s degrees are eligible to apply for the Global Connect Fellowship (GCF) 2025. It provides exceptional students with the chance to participate in a rigorous research session at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

The GCF is led by top-notch faculty and lasts two to three months. Outstanding bachelor’s and master’s students with a keen interest in research from many fields are drawn to this program.

You will conduct innovative research at NTU, a preeminent public research university, as a Global Research Fellow. While exploring NTU’s vibrant, global campus, researchers can delve into topics including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, sustainability, fintech, health sciences, digital economy, climate change, and more.

Eligibility Criteria for the Global Connect Fellowship

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Candidates must be students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree who will graduate in 2025 or 2026.
  • Excellent academic record (no minimum GPA needed)
  • Strong desire to conduct research and pursue a PhD at NTU
  • Students of all ethnicities and disciplines are welcome.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary, although not TOEFL or GRE scores are.
  • The full two-month program (July–August 2025) must be accessible.

  • Basic personal information
  • Academic credentials (degree, school, time spent studying)
  • Recent passport-sized photograph
  • English-language official transcripts as of late
  • Copy of a valid passport
  • Statement of Purpose (which explains why you are applying)
  • A two to three minute video outlining motivation and research interests
  • Letters from academic referees are optional.
