Eligibility Criteria

  • Don’t be a Chinese national.
  • When applying for a master’s program, you must be under 35 years old and have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • When applying for a Ph.D. program, you must be under 40 years old and have a master’s degree or its equivalent.
  • For programs taught in Chinese, provide an HSK certificate with a minimum score of 180.
  • A minimum TOEFL score of 85, an overall IELTS band of 6.0, or a Duolingo English Test score of 110 are needed for programs taught in English (native English speakers are excluded).
  • Other BIT-recognized language certifications might also be accepted.
  • Have at least a year’s worth of relevant work or internship experience for MBA programs.

  2. Passport Photocopy
  3. Certified/Notarized copy of your highest degree’s diploma or certificate of schooling (English or Chinese)
  4. All academic transcripts, whether in Chinese or English, at the undergraduate level and above, certified or notarized
  5. A resume, or curriculum vitae
  6. Study Plan and Personal Statement (use the given template)
  7. A pair of letters of recommendation
  8. Blood test results and the foreigner’s physical examination record provide evidence of language proficiency.
  9. Non-criminal history
  10. Letter of Financial Guarantee
  11. Additional supporting materials, such as research papers, patents, and prizes.
