Australia’s ACIAR John Allwright Fellowship for 2026

Applications for the 2026 John Allwright Fellowship (JAF) are being accepted by the Australian Center for International Agriculture Research (ACIAR). By giving scientists the chance to earn official postgraduate degrees in Australian tertiary institutions, this fellowship program seeks to improve the scientific research capacity at ACIAR partner country institutions.

Apply Also: Australia Student Visa (Subclass 500)

The fellowship provides PhD and master’s scholarships in agricultural research and is administered through the Australia Awards system. The program bridges the gap between education and job progression by strengthening participants’ leadership skills through additional pastoral care and development opportunities.

There are now 39 JAFs enrolled in 15 Australian universities around the country. With at least half of the new JAFs being women, ACIAR is committed to attaining gender parity in its Capacity Building Program by 2020. Understanding the importance of earning a PhD or master’s degree, ACIAR offers extra scholarship assistance to fellows studying in Australia to guarantee the greatest experience possible.

Apply for the John Allwright Fellowship today to help your nation’s agricultural research progress.
