Applications for the 2025–2026 University of Debrecen Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship are now being accepted. International students can pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs at one of Hungary’s top universities with the help of this fully financed scholarship and  which is backed by the Hungarian government. Every year, more than 2,000 scholarship students from more than 60 countries enroll at the University of Debrecen.

Monthly stipends, tuition fee exemption, and accommodation contributions are some of the main advantages. There are no application, entrance exam, or admission fees, making the application process completely free and according to the university’s frequently asked questions, IELTS is not required.
