Qualification Criteria For University of Trento Master’s Scholarships
- Non-EU Citizens: This fantastic opportunity is specifically designed for non-EU nationals who do not reside in Italy. Additionally, you are eligible if you have a study permit in Italy without a permanent residence. Candidates who do not reside in Italy, have temporary protection status, and have not earned a high school graduation in Italy are also eligible.
- Academic Excellence: It is crucial to have a bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university. At least 60 credits in subjects like history, philosophy, economics, law, political science, sociology, or foreign languages should be a part of your academic journey. A minimum GPA of 24 out of 30 (about 75%) should be your goal.
- Language Proficiency: It is essential to have a firm command of the English language at least at the B2 level. Furthermore, proficiency in a second foreign language (minimum A2 level) in one of the following languages—Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, or German—other than Italian is necessary. Please be aware that MISS students must achieve a B2 level in the second language in order to graduate. Although Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese, and Russian B2 exams can be administered by the university. Courses above A2 in these languages are not currently available.
