Gratitude Network Fellowship 2025 Overview

The one-year Gratitude Network Fellowship program empowers social entrepreneurs and their organizations that work with children and youth around the world. The fellowship is focused on developing leaders, growing organizations, and increasing social impact in the following areas:

  • Education

  • Health and Well-being

  • Children’s Rights

Fellowship Structure

  • 12 months, from July to June.
  • Each year, 30 global fellows make up the cohort.
  • Format: Seven to ten hours per month of virtual sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

Nonprofits in their growth stages that are committed to enhancing the lives of children and teens around the world are eligible to apply for the fellowship. Leaders must show that they are dedicated to using the program to increase the impact of their company.

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be considered for the Gratitude Network Fellowship:

1. Organization:

  • Legally recognized charity, NGO, or non-profit entity
  • The applicant may be one of at least two full-time equivalent employees.
  • Operating budget ranging from $50,000 to $2,000,000
  • Beneficiaries must fall into one of the following groups and be largely children or young people: Children’s rights, health and wellbeing, and education
  • Prepared to grow and broaden the organization’s influence.

2. Applicant/Leader:

  • Possesses the ability to make strategic decisions for the company.
  • Willing and able to guide the business through impact expansion and scaling
  • Coachable: eager to collaborate with a coach for leadership development
  • Respect the Fellowship’s time commitments and timetable.
